Warroora Station Daily Update

Warroora roads are currently open. Please don't pass a Road Closed Sign.
There are camping sites available along the coast. We do charge ACCESS FEES only. We don't take bookings for camp sites at Warroora – we have a ‘first in, best dressed' policy. 

WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR CAMPSITES.  Please report to the Homestead or the caretakers at 14 Mile on arrival. 

This is wilderness camping with no facilities. Please bring or hire chemical toilet ($50 bond applies). 

  • Access Fees $10.00 per person overnight
  • $50.00 per person per week (2 days free)
  • No charges for children under 16

Warroora has no Credit Card or EFTPOS facilities, and you MUST have a chemical toilet. We hire out toilets at $10 per day but there is a $50 bond you MUST pay which will be refunded when you return the toilet clean. All toilet contents to go in specially allocated underground tanks at 14 Mile, homestead and Lagoon. Please bring drinks in cans, not glass bottles. We re-cycle all cans and money goes to the Royal Flying Doctor Service, unfortunately we do not have facilities to recycle glass. All gates must be CLOSED for management of our livestock.
