The open-plan living space seamlessly melds with a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring every creature's comfort of home is at your fingertips. Step outdoors onto a cozy veranda, where the mesmerizing view unfolds before your eyes, and where a BBQ and fire pit beckon for memorable outdoor gatherings.Your stay is made effortless with the provided linens. Families with children aged 2 to 15 are warmly welcomed, and infants under the age of 2 can be accommodated free of charge. An additional child is welcome for an extra fee of $25.00 per night. It is an ideal home base for families exploring the breathtaking Ningaloo Coast.Additionally, you'll find outdoor amenities such as a BBQ and an outdoor fire pit. Linens are provided, making your stay hassle-free. Children aged between 2 and 15 (under 2 are Free of Charge). Please note that no air conditioning exists, as Warroora utilises alternative energy sources.While The Homestead complex is accessible by 2WD vehicles, it's worth noting that approximately 99% of the coast requires a 4WD vehicle for explorationHomestead CAMPGROUND The nature-based campground located 1500 m from the beach has large unpowered sites, with their own fire pit. There is a basic camp kitchen and shower & toilet facilities. Please note that there is NO power at the homestead campground. The area is spacious, with lots of wildlife running around, including kangaroos and cattle. Big rigs are welcome. We are pet friendly. Warroora is a cattle station located 1 HOUR SOUTH OF CORAL BAY, 23 km’s off the highway, with a unique campground ideally placed to explore the magnificent Ningaloo reef. The Homestead is accessible with 2WD, but 4WD VEHICLE IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE BEACH.• Children from 2 to 16 years old • Infants under two years old are FREE OF CHARGE • Please bring DRINKING WATER - NON-POTABLE bore water is available at the Homestead (for cooking or domestic use only). • Wood can be purchased from our office (please do not collect on Warroora) if you intend on having a campfire. Please check fire conditions before lighting a fire. • The use of generators is allowed between 8 am to 8 pm.• Don’t litter. Please use rubbish bins provided around the campground.• NO motorbikes and quad bikes are allowed on the propertyPLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE NOT THE BEACH CAMPSITES MANAGED BY NATIONAL PARKS.Charlie's Charlie's is a self-contained accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen, small living room and two bedrooms. This is a basic accommodation but ideal for people who don't want to camp, yet still wanting to enjoy what Warroora station offers. Charlies includes a private bathroom located in a shared ablution block within a few seconds walking distance. Charlie's is situated 1.5km from the beach. Sleep up to 5 peopleFully equipped kitchen, fridge & freezer, all utensils, crockery and cutlery Private bathroom in a SHARED ABLUTION BLOCK only a few meters away Linen and towels suppliedSmall verandaNO air conditioning as Warroora uses alternate energyStockmen's Rooms At the Stockmen's Rooms, we now offer 7 comfortable rooms with 1 queen OR 2 single beds. The rooms are freshly refurbished with new beds, linen, bedside tables and benches (linen and towels provided). The rooms lead into a new spacious kitchen with verandas overlooking the Homestead complex area.The communal dining room and self-contained kitchen contains all amenities needed to prepare food include gas cooktop, fridges and freezer, a barbecue area, and a fire pit, making this space very relaxing. Shared bathrooms (3 toilets and showers) are located at the back of the complex. Stockmen's is ideally located only 1.5km away from the Ningaloo Reef with private beach access (4WD required). This is perfect for friends or family to enjoy time together and reconnect with Mother Nature. Book the whole place out for up to 14 people.

It spans over 260 km of coastline and is home to over 250 species of coral and 540 species of fish. Lying just a kilometre or two offshore, Australia's most easily accessible coral reef.Snorkelling, swimming and fishing are all perfect pastimes, along with one of the most extensive fringing reefs in the world.Warroora boasts three significant surf breaks. Constant swells from the Indian Ocean guarantee an excellent surf break on any occasion. Stevens access from the beach, Lagoon and Sandy Point surf break accessible by boat. If in doubt, don't go out.Check the local weather conditions before setting outBe aware of the currents and winds at the site you intend to visitCarry adequate water, food, sunscreen and sun protection; tell someone where you are going and when you estimate you will return. Remember to let them know when you have returned safelyMarine life Marine life is in abundance with whale sharks, migratory whales, manta rays, dolphins, turtles and sharks and countless other fish and marine animals.Migratory HUMPBACK WHALES are a constant feature for several months of the year and can be easily seen from the shore, playing almost constantly on the reef’s outer edge. It is truly a fantastic sight to see one of these massive mammals launch their bodies entirely out of the water as they show off to all who are watching. Humpback whales migrate between summer polar feeding areas and winter tropical breeding and calving grounds. They are travelling along the coast from June to October. Ningaloo Reef is one of the few places in the world where WHALE SHARKS sharks appear regularly and are easily accessible to observers. Coral Bay offers tours from March to July.Fishing & Boating Ningaloo Reef is a popular destination for recreational fishing. Species such as Spanglers emperor, Coral trout, Spanish mackerel and Trevally are just a few. Whether fishing for a delicious catch for dinner or catching and release, please refer to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development DPIRD Recreational Fishing Guide about the zones and various activities, including spearfishing. Be aware of Sanctuary zones; they are 'look but don't take' marine areas. They are protected nursery and schooling areas for important fish species. Fish Feeding Frenzies occur regularly and give the viewer the thrill of seeing Marine Mother Nature in jam-packed action. Sharks congregate in hundreds & sometimes whales too to feed on big black schools of pilchards which are herded into shore.Tipsanchor on the sand, never on coralboat launching facilities are available for use at Coral Baythere are informal launch areas at 14 Mile beach, not suitable for launching large boatsPlease note that private mooring in the marine park is not permitted without lawful authority from DBCA
